This 5-day Wild Dog Trail Safari is specially designed to track and observe the African painted wolf (wild dog) in its natural habitat. The safari explores the Mababe and Khwai Concessions, which border the Moremi Game Reserve. With no fences between these areas, wildlife moves freely, offering exceptional wildlife-viewing opportunities. Day 1: Maun – Mababe Concession
In the afternoon you'll meet your professional guide in Maun and depart in a custom-built safari vehicle to the Mababe Concession, an area renowned for wild dog sightings. You will enjoy an afternoon game drive before settling into a wilderness campsite for the night. Meals: Lunch & Dinner Overnight stay: Camping in Mababe Concession. Accommodation: tent size 3x3m(shared), each tent has a private veranda, proper beds inside, bush toilet, bush shower and sink, our staff take care of camp chores.

Day 2: Mababe Concession
In the afternoon you'll meet your professional guide in Maun and depart in a custom-built safari vehicle to the Mababe Concession, an area renowned for wild dog sightings. You will enjoy an afternoon game drive before settling into a wilderness campsite for the night. Meals: Lunch & Dinner Morning and afternoon exploring the Mababe area on game drives, with a focus on tracking wild dogs and other predators. Day 3: Mababe – Khwai Concession
You will enjoy a morning game drive before transferring to the Khwai Concession. In the afternoon, you will explore this diverse ecosystem, famous for elephants, lions, leopards, wild dogs, and rich birdlife. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Overnight stay: Camping in Khwai Concession.
