Itinerary
Day 1: Maun – Lodge Accommodation
Arrive in Maun and transfer to your lodge. Dinner is at your own expense. The next morning, enjoy a mokoro (traditional canoe) excursion to the Boro Mokoro Station and return to Maun — a full-day activity.
Day 2–3: Nxai Pan National Park – Camping
Your guide will collect you from the lodge and drive to Nxai Pan, known for its sweet grasses and abundant wildlife. Sightings may include impala, springbok, cheetah, lions, and elephants. Despite its semi-arid environment, the area supports diverse wildlife. You’ll spend two nights in a private campsite with en-suite bush ablutions for each tent.
Day 4–5: Chobe National Park – Camping
Continue to Chobe National Park, one of Botswana’s oldest and most iconic parks, established in 1962 and covering over 11,000 km². The park features famous areas like the Mababe Depression, Savuti Marsh, Linyanti, and Chobe Riverfront. Activities include game drives and a boat cruise. Campsites are private with en-suite bush ablutions.
Day 6: End of Safari – Kasane or Maun
The safari concludes with a boat cruise on the Chobe River. You will then be transferred to a lodge in either Kasane or Maun at no additional cost. If you are staying at a lodge in Kasane, your guide will drop you off. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense.
